Esther is a good choice for regenerative agriculture conditions! This hybrid has an overall solid agronomics package and early vigor. A high-yielding option for farms in the eastern corn belt.
Pairs well with Janet (RM 110) and Olenna (RM 112).
- Excellent grain quality and test weight
- More of an orange-colored grain – very nice-looking!
- Some ear flex
- Good early emergence and vigor
- Very solid disease package with strong agronomics
- Good on Gray Leaf Spot and Goss’s Wilt
- Watch for Northern Corn Leaf Blight and Southern Rust
- Some advantage to fungicide application, but not necessary as a preventative application
- Performs best east of the Mississippi River
- Can be used in corn-on-corn situations
